Store Policy


NO REFUNDS
All sales are final as all items sold are NO TRANSFER.. therefore items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item. Please be aware of your surroundings and be careful when making a purchase.

I am also not responsible for lag making you purchase the wrong thing ... for friends purchasing the wrong thing for you ... or you purchasing a gift and putting the wrong name in the gifting box.


DOUBLE PURCHASES
If you buy exactly the same item twice by accident, I will refund the price of one item. This is only if the item is non-transfer. This is the only time a refund is considered.


FAILED TRANSACTIONS
Most Caspervend transactions either deliver or refund after a set amount of time. If you believe you have not received your item or refund, please send details of your purchase on a notecard to me and I will investigate.


FAILED MARKETPLACE DELIVERY
Linden Labs state that Marketplace Deliveries can take up to 8 hours when there is a busy server load. Please wait this amount of time before contacting me. Please do not leave a review until after contacting me IN WORLD via IM or notecard and not through other means as I will not always get your message.


REDELIVERY
In the event of non-delivery, please visit the main store and use the white Re-delivery Terminal that is found on the front desk. Click this to be given a link to your re-delivery page where you can choose what you would like to be redelivered.

This does not apply to Marketplace. You will need to make a note of your marketplace transaction and send it to me for a MP re-delivery.


INVENTORY LOSS
Where as I am not responsible for the many reasons inventory loss occurs, you should be able to receive most of your purchases back through the Caspervend Redelivery Terminal at the main store. I will only be able to replace non Caspervend and Marketplace items where proof of purchase can be shown and confirmed.


FREEBIES & GROUP GIFTS
Free items and Group Gifts are a privilege and not a right. Do not IM me demanding gifts be changed or to demand the gift in a different tone. This is rude and disrespectful. I reserve the right to remove or change gifts as I see fit.


CUSTOM WORK
I do not have the time to accept custom work anymore.
